Big Emperor is different to the traditional shine since it uses corn as the main ingredient. But not us, we use an ingredient that is more starchy, which is rice. Moonshine has the same production process as whisky, except it is not aged or barrelled. Hence, the clear appearance and more commonly known as white whisky.
